the location was excellent as it was within 10 minutes walking distance from the central bus station, which made it very convenient for me to explore the city. Additionally, being near the golden temple was a definite plus point. The rooms had nice interiors and were equipped with air-conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered was satisfactory.

Leaking taps. Very bad room service. Wrong intercom numbers have been displayed for reception and room service. No one was available to serve morning tea and we had to go without it. Breakfast was also not available even till 08:15 hours ("Cook has not come yet" was the answer given and we had to eat breakfast at a roadside eatery).

Location, easy walk to all attractions. There was free parking.

It is also close to other famous tourist places and the Alfaone Mall, which is just one kilometer away and easily accessible by auto rickshaw. the rooms are neat and clean with posh interiors. the staff is friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. the bathroom is clean with hot water and nice toiletries provided. the hotel also offers a laundry service at a reasonable price. the food served through room service is delicious and of high quality.

Great Price and Location Stayed here during Christmas holiday, the price was unbeatable and the location was central. the staff was friendly. Decent beds in the rooms and enough sockets to power my devices. the hot water was reliable.

Outdated and poor facilities the hotel was outdated and in need of renovation. the bathroom facilities were poor and there was barely any water pressure in the shower.
